As the market here in Ottawa shifts beyond multiple offers, bidding wars, and record high sales, I too shift my perspective. I make it a priority to stay up to date on market trends and new legislation so I can serve my clients in the best way possible, especially First Time Home buyers as they need the education to purchase with confidence.During my time as a Realtor I've gained knowledge regarding condominiums, co-ops, associations, rural properties and more. Since moving to Ottawa years ago, I quickly fell in love with all that this great city has to offer. I am very grateful to call the capital city my home. I can be seen frequenting different neighborhoods with my family & pug Cookie, enjoying the parks, trails, beaches & local hidden treasures of this wonderful city.
