I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2012. As a former member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, I have experienced many changes within the real estate market. This has given me a diverse experience and a strong advantage when it comes to negotiating. As the market here in Ottawa shifts beyond multiple offers, bidding wars, and record high sales, I too shift my perspective. I make it a priority to stay up to date on market trends and new legislation so I can serve my clients in the best way possible.During my time in Toronto I also learned another side of the business; property management. This experience gave me invaluable knowledge regarding condominiums. Since moving to Ottawa years ago, I quickly fell in love with all that this great city has to offer. I am very grateful to call the capital city my home. I can be seen frequenting different neighborhoods with my family & pug Cookie, enjoying the parks, trails, beaches & local hidden treasures of this wonderful city.
